i went there early july and it was OK......but i have to tell you that they were so RUDE to my aunt and cousin who went there to get mesured for the BM dress, which they carry and they REFUSED to measure her and said 'we don't do that unless the bride bought her dress or BM dresses here!!!' which is wierd b/c i went there to get measured for a friends wedding not so long ago!!!

I hear ya on this one!!! I felt like they were nice to me and rude to my sis & best friend.....very abrupt with them. Maybe they're trained to just be nice to the brides?? Hmmmm maybe I won't be ordering from them after all!

did you have an appt? i know they get super busy on the weekends. I got my dress and BM dresses from them, have to say we were really impressed with their service and expertise.
I am sorry if u had a bad experience with them though

Honestly, after some FMs with others, I realize that it is not necessarily Lillette's as a whole, it is just this one woman who works there and just said something very offensive.
