How sweet to ask!! It's going well! Been smoke free for two weeks today! Only gained 2 pounds as well so I am pretty happy!

That's great! I used to smoke and quit about 5 years ago. It's the best thing I ever did. Good luck!!!

Congratulations! I know first hand how hard it is. I quit in January. I did slip up Superbowl weekend and I had one...but otherwiss I've been good. I gained 10-12 lbs though Too much and and




Keep it up, its really great! Especially when TTC!!!

Awesome, keep up the great work!!

You truly should be so proud of yourself!!!

Quitting smoking is one of the hardest things to do (I dont know firsthand, but my Dad and so many friends have gone through it) but the benefits are so worth it

i quit a week from yesterday. need to quit if we are ttc.

I joined a website called quitnet.com which has really helped a lot! You guys might want to check it out too. I really like using hte stats they have and helps me realize each day I am smoke free is a real accomplishment.

Deb, you should be really really proud of yourself. I used to be a relatively heavy smoker; but now I am more of a social one. I still need to quit altogether, though.

I am sure it is rough but you will be and feel so much healthier!!! Keep up the good work!! Quitting smoking is one of the hardest habits to kick!!!
