Limo and Photographer to PA

Limo and Photographer to PA

Most likely, I will be getting ready in my mom's home in Allentown. I am wondering do limo drivers are willing to drive 2 hours west to pick us up and all? Plus do they start their 3 hours limit the moment they pick you up or the moment the drive over there? I know it will be an extra charge to go through 2 states for that. Also, is it a better idea to get the limo company from PA to drive us there instead?

As for the photographer, though we haven't booked him yet I am interested in using the photographer for our wedding. I was thinking, since I have 3 guest rooms in the house, should I let him stay over to avoid hotel costs? Since he will be taking pics with me all day, I might as well save him the early travel but letting him stay over for the night.

What should I do?

The only thing I can talk about is the limo thing.

You have to make sure that your company is licensed in the specific state you want them to be in. Some companies aren't licensed for PA pickups...

Then it would be interesting... what if PA drivers can drop off in New York and NY drivers can't pick up in PA? That will shuck! I was actually thinking getting a limo bus or a Hummer since it will be about 15 people, including my parents, female bridal party, the photographer (if I can work a deal with him), and myself. Plus we would need to pick up my grandmother in Brooklyn before heading to the wedding.

I know when FH was thinking of doing his Bachelor Party in PA this was the problem we were faced with. I did find out though that Joe from Camelot is licensed in PA. You may be better off doing a PA company that is licensed in NY...but do a lot of phone calls - in both NY & PA to see which price is better...
