Limo Arrangements

I have already booked my limos but now I'm a little unsure of how this is all going to legistically work. I have 2 eight passenger limos. I have 6 bridesmaids, 6 groomsmen, 2 moms and 1 dad. How should this work coming and going?
I will be getting ready with the girls and moms, so that is 9, already too many for the limo. Plus I want to ride to the church with just the girls. Is it ok to ask the 2 moms to drive to the church themselves or is that terrible? What is everyone else doing?

at my brother's wedding, both my mom and step dad and my SIL's parents drove themselves to the church.

my mom will be coming in the limo to the church with me, but she will probably be going with my stepdad in their minvan after church to the reception
