Limo experience

so I had an appointment with a limo company for today...I show up at the APPOINTED time and there is noone there. The receptionist says that he left a few minutes ago. She calls him on his cell phone and he tells me that because I didn't call to confirm my appointment with him, he didn't think I was coming. What a nice first impression of this company I got

Would I have needed to call the morning of my wedding to confirm he was coming?

Needless to say, I WONT BE USING THEM

That is ridiculous!! I think they should confirm with you...I never heard of you calling to confirm with them!!! I think you made a wise choice for not using them. Sorry to hear they did this to you.

All I could do was laugh...I was like you've got to be kidding me....

He said to me ' You didn't call me to confirm you were coming so I left' LOL!!!!!!!!

And I was really surprised because I heard some good reviews on here from past brides who used them.

That's what I think too, why would he leave a few minutes before your appointed time? Most people would have waited until at least then.

Sorry you wasted your time. You should make another appointment and confirm it and then not show up And book someone else.
