What are you doing to get your bridal party to the venue? How about your other out of town guests? Two shuttle buses? Anyone have any good recommendations?

I'm using a 18 passenger to get my girls and parents there and a 10 passenger to get the groomsmen to the church. Then, my parents are taking the 10 passenger to the hall and FH, BP, and I will be in the 18 passenger. My hotel offers a shuttle also, though I'm worried about that not being enough. I might call a cab company to see if I can work out a low, flat rate from the hall to the hotel.
