Ok so I booked Alexis Limo because they had the Bentley and they gave us a good deal. Now I'm starting to read all these negative comments and I'm starting to panic that I made a mistake. Has anyone used them or heard anything about them?

Discuss that problem with the limo company (the bad review). One bad review shouldn't change why you booked them. Every vendor will have its problems.

I just went on the better business bureau and they are a member and had no complaints in the last 36months

Thats the best thing to do is to go on the BBB to reseach.
