can anyone help me with the timeline of the limos. How do you know how many hrs you need it for? Limos are my last vendor I need to book & i am so lost!
I am getting ready at our house the day of the wedding, then we (BP) are all going to take pics at the Venderbilt Mansion & ceremony & reception are at the RH. And lastly FH & will need a car back to our house.
also- please recommend limo co. & quotes if you could it would really help. I really dont want to spend a lot of $$.. Pls FM them if you feel more comfortable.

This was something I had a hard time with. My limo company was saying I only needed it for 3 or 4 hours, but we ended up booking them for 5 just to be sure. To play it safe, I am booking them from a little before the ceremony up until the time CH officially starts. We are taking pictures in between the church and RH so I have no idea how long it would take.
I booked with S&G Limousines. I have used them before and they are very professional and prompt. I am paying $1350 for a 14 passenger limo and a Rolls Royce for 5 hours each.
Good Luck!

I booked with Camelot. I believe I have the limos for 3 hours and then the bride and groom pickup after the reception. I got an awesome deal on limo's and Joe was fantastic to work with!! Def give Camelot a call.

Same here, though I think I may have to call and add an extra half hour because I was planning to arrive at my RH at 5:30, but just found out that I can't arrive until 6.

Usually the limo co. helps you with a timeline- they're professionals at that.
I reccommend Royalty- I got an amazing price from them and they have excellent customer service!
