Limo Question

If you are getting a limo to drop off the bp at the beginning of the reception, how are they getting how? Are you also booking a limo to pick them up and take them home? I was thinking of getting a big limo, like an escalade, for me, FH and our bp for both the beginning and end of the reception. I don't want anyone to worry about driving. Is anyone else doing this?

Re: Limo Question

The BP doesn't usually ride with you and your FH after the reception cause you'll prob want to be alone at this point. They usually leave their cars at the hall in the morning so that they're there when they're ready to go home. Sometimes only the girls ride in the limo (cause of the dresses) and the guys drive themselves. Then the guys can drive the girls home at the end. But if you've got the money I'm sure your BP would really appreciate the extra limo giving them a lift!

Re: Limo Question

Some of the birdal party will get rides home with their other family members (Most are my cousins). Our brothers which are also in the wedding party will be picked up by a limo along with our parents for a ride back home from the reception.

My BP's significant others, dates, or family members are going to be at the wedding, so that is how they'll get home at the end of the night.

That is sort of the problem. Our bp is made up of couples. I think a lot of them will be staying at the hotel that night.

Re: Limo Question

in your profile you say you are having your ceremony at the WM. does that mean your FH is giong to see you before?

If so, that sounds fine, but you should look into hiring 2 different limos (both pick up and drip off) so that you don't pay the hourly charges. it may be cheaper.

I am getting married in a church, so I am hiring 1 limo to take me and the girls to the church and a towncar for FH and his guys)

FH wants to rent a cool sports car, like a Porshe for us to leave the ceremony in, so we are just going to leave the limo to the bridal party. then their significant others can take over.

Good luck
