Sir Oliver. If they don't quote you with tip, just ask whatever company to give you the price with tip.

My limo company, S & G Limousine, cut the tip out of our price.

I think you still tip the drivers as a courtesy because they don't get the 'tip' that you pay to the company.

Well the 20% grat that they add in is unfortunately mandatory. You can tip the driver beyond the 20% on the day of if you feel necessary. Regardless, 20% needs to be paid. If you think you had an amazing experience you can throw more $$$ to the driver after the reception.
