Limo Question

Limo Question

I'm clueless! When booking the limo, does the limo take us home as well as to the hall? Also, I'm only having a maid of honor and best man (no bridal party). I was thinking of getting two limos (aside from mine): one for my immediate family and one for FI's immediate family. Does that seem okay or weird?

Re: Limo Question

We got one limo for our wedding. The limo first went and picked up the guys and took them to the church and then they came back for the girls.
Usually the limo company will send a car to pick you up after the reception to take you and your hubby to your home or hotel you are staying at that night.(Its not the huge limo you arrived in.Its usually a small car.Check with your limo company though on this.)

Re: Limo Question

We paid for 3 hours...but separate...

1 car picked me and BMs up...brought to church
1 car picked up DH and family (most out of towners)
and then that car picked us and DH's family up at the end of the night

my BMs got rides home

Re: Limo Question

We had one limo (small bridal party too) and then a bunch of town cars for smaller groups and trips.
The limo company sent a car for us at the end of the night.

I think it's nice to arrange for transportation of your immediate families but remember when planning it they will need rides home too. If it's so many people that you need to get a limo you might run into availability and minimum time problems.

Hmm, you're right. I just had no clue; stupid me, thought the limo 'waited' around all night for you and then took you home - woops
