My situation is this: I am getting ready w/my BP and Mom. We are all getting a limo to the RH (Entire wedding is at RH)
FH and his GM are all getting ready and getting a limo together from RVC to RH.
So that leaves FH's parents And my Dad and his wife and my Uncle and Aunt (They are all OOT guests inclu my Dad)
Should I have limos picking up FH's parents and my fam??

Ughhhhhhh I feel you! I'm not even researching trans companies yet but I've been stressing over this part bc FH's fam is all OOT.
Our ceremony is 40 mins from the RH and I couldn't picture them driving there and back and then figuring out the whole RH part, SO I know a few limo companies do the two 10-per limos for like 750. I was thinking about this:
1 limo brings the boys to the church, comes back for the girls and my fam 2nd limo picks up the rest of the fam
leaving the church, 1 limo brings back the BP minus FH and I 2 limo brings back both sets of parents? I feel like that'll be really awkward... so I'm hoping my parents or his will come up with a better idea. If they don't... then this is prob it!
Maybe ask the companies what they have to offer as a 2nd limo, nothing fancy, just enough for the family, and I'm sure the family would appreciate it.

I would like more info on what other ladies are doing too.....I have no clue how the limos are suppose to work......My mom told me though, that the father of the bride should be arriving in the same limo as the bride...it's his final escort or something along those lines. As far as the OOT guests, I'm hoping to book a hotel with shuttle service.

Yea, me and my Dad arent that close so we arent traveling together. Plus my Dad is coming from FL so I just dont know what to do. This is my last major vendor and I want to try to keep the cost as low as possible. SO I dont know what to do!! HELP!!

I would love to have a limo for my FH parents and our aunts/uncles etc that will be staying at my house from out of state but honestly we can't afford another limo. If they want to all chip in for their own limo thats one thing otherwise its really not up to you to figure that out. Not to sound careless but your responsibility is you, your FH, and BP. Maybe have someone take a large SUV so you can pile some ppl in so no one is drinking and driving afterward.

We provided limos for my parents and they had my grandparents and some aunts & uncles go with them. We also provided a limo for DH's parents and his grandparents and some aunts/uncles went in w/ them too.

well the Party Bus is first going to pick up FH, the GMs and FIL's at their house and bring them to the church and then come to my mom's house to pick up me, BMs and my parents.
There is also going to be a coach bus picking up people from FIL's house when the party bus arrives. This is for our OOT guests (mostly FH's family) and for anyone else who would want to use it.
