Im trying to decide what limo to get for me and FH, i've always wanted a rolls royce, but i heard that sometimes they break down...
that is my nightmare! so when my dad and i went to limo place, the woman even said she can't be 100% that the limo will be fine, and it does happen!!!!
Has anyone else heard of a rolls royce breaking down?? Or is anyone getting one?
just curious
TIA

Re: limo question....rolls royce
almost every past bride ive seen on here had one including me. I dont remember anyone having it breakdown maybe 1 if anything.
What are you going to ride in to the church with your parents? or are you getting married at RH.
I got the rolls bc i needed a car just for me and my parents to arrive at the church

Re: limo question....rolls royce
hotel is in islandia (right by RH) so i'll be taking the rolls with my dad to chapel in manhasset and back to rh, that would be it, but its a 30 min ride each way

The old cars can break down on a very hot or very cold day but i'm sure it doesnt happen frequently enough to be worried... If you do want something different Royalty Limos has a new bentley thats what i book for me and FH

Re: limo question....rolls royce
We had the '67 Rolls Royce Princess to take me and my parents from our house to the church (~15 minute ride) and then me and DH from the church to the reception hall (~30-40 minute ride)...we had absolutely no problems at all. We used Royalty, btw.

Re: limo question....rolls royce
We had a Rolls from Camelot take us from the RH to our hotel (about 30 min) and it was fine.

Re: limo question....rolls royce
Are you having another limo for the bridal party? If so, the limos will be traveling together. The worst case scenario, if the rolls royce breaks down, would be that you would get into the other limo. This happened to someone I know and they said it was not a big deal. They weren't left stranded on the side of the road.
