ask if they're familiar with the ceremony venue and reception hall...
when we went to look at limos, we were given a chance to look around at the classic cars, and we had the opportunity to speak to 2 drivers who happen to be there...they both knew our church and reception hall, and that made us feel better.
also, ask what's included in the price of the package: aisle runner? soda and champagne?

I booked with Top of the World limos. I have been using them for business for years and they have done some of my friends weddings. They are amazing. They are very personable so there are not many questions left for you to actually ask.

How many hours do you get with the limos? If you go over, what is the cost. Do they provide a runner? Are the limo drivers in Tuxedos?

It varies a little with each company and what you personally book.
