Limo quote.. what do you think?

Original post by littlepixie12

Hey ladies.. I got a quote from a very popular limo company that alot of girls are using and I want to know if this is a fair quote:

Chrysler 300 limo for 2 hours (3:30-5:30) and a lincoln navigator for 2 hours at the end of the reception to take the guests to the hotel/after party.. the hotel is right across the street (5 mins away) so I dont think we will the whole 2hours... more like 45 mins, if that.

the quote for this was 900 .. is that good?

TIA!

Call around and ask for quotes over the phone. I needed something similar and I thought $900 was high (I got the same quote), I found many that were willing to go lower!

really? I thought the same thing! But most places wont give my quotes over the phone!

Really??? That's so strange! I spoke with Elegance & All Star yesterday and both gave me quotes over the phone. As did Camelot, which was the company that I thought high-balled me. All Star gave me the lowest quote.

Holy Crud... Camelot is the one that gave me that quote which I thought was really high for a drop off pickup!!!! I will call those other two today and see what they say.. where their quotes better?

All Stars quote was definitely a lot lower...I think $750. Elegance was lower, but they didn't include gratuity in their price. I am also going to call Serenity and Royalty today because I got recommendations from them. I also hear good things about Sir Oliver. Don't think you have to go with Camelot just because so many girls on here love them. They are VERY nice, but their prices are not the lowest (as far as I have found...)

I wouldnt bother with Royalty .. I went to see them on Sat and they were higher than Camelot

It seems high. I have a 10 passenger stretch for 3 hours at the beginning of the night (3 pick ups) and also coming back to p/u after and it was $570.
