This may be a silly question: do I count the hours the limo sits and waits for us during the reception (5 hours).

Most limo quotes are for 3 hours. They don't sit and wait for you during the reception. The 3 hours is usually from the time they pick you up, go to the ceremony, go to a picture location (if you're doing that), then go to the RH. Some companies will throw in a complimentary pick up after the reception for you and FH.

we have a Partybus for 4 hours (2-6) and that is including the wait time outside of the church.
