limo vendor review -please read!

I mentioned in my review that we had many problems with this vendor - but I wanted to give them the opportunity to make good before I explained what happened. Well, it has gotten worse!! So, here is the story:

We got a 32 passenger limobus and limo for our parents to take them home.

1. Bus shows up at hotel to get the groom, his parents, and groomsmen. He did not know how to get to the church!! His only job was to drive us there and they had the address for over a year! My husband and all of the others were from out of state and the only way my DH knew was the Northern State Pkwy - which the driver told him he couldn't go on. So my DH told the driver to make some calls and find out how to get there - he told my DH to do it!! So my DH called my house (like we didn't have enogh going on!) to get directions from my dad.

2. b/c of this he was late getting the guys to the church and therefore late in then coming to get me!!

3. Then, according to my priest who called me Monday to express his displeasure with the driver, said that the driver was rude to the ptiest and other clergy members who were explaining to him what to do and broke one of the door stops.

4. The driver then took the wrong way to PJCC making us VERY LATE! The photographer and vieographer were following us and both commented on how out of the way we went!! Thenthe maitr d' asked where we had been when we got off the bus. My guests used the directions we provided in the program and all got there over 25 minutes before us!!! And we left the church first b/c we did not have a receiving line!! When I questioned the driver on his route he was very RUDE to me and denied there was a better way - I gave him two other ways that were better! We showed up to the hall at 1:40 - cocktail hour started at 1!!!

5. Then, to top it all off, the same driver comes back in the limo to get my parents and doesn't know where to go!!!

6. My DH called on Monday and they said the owner would call on Tues. He NEVER called and my DH called back today. The owner kept insisting the driver got us there at 1:10 - my Dh told him to call the PJCC, Wild Rose, and Jovon b/c they would all tell him that was not the case! He refused to apologoze or return any money - incl the $185 in gratuity that was included in the price! The owner lacked professionalism, respect, and remorse - no wonder the drivers do, too!

This is an unprofessional company - not what you need on the most important day of your life! We missed our cocktail hour and some of our reception b/c we had to take pics then that should have been done during the time our driver was taking us on a tour of LI!!!
