LImo/Church Tip Question for Tomorrow

I'm making my envelopes for tomorrow and I'm stuck on tips (I have numbrs in my head but I want to see what everybody says). Below are all the limos we have:

Comped Shuttle from Hotel 6pm-12:30am: required $60
Add'l Shuttle from Limo Company 5:45-6:30 and 11:15-12:00-??
Rolls Royce 1-4 (picking up FH and then me)-
Escalade1-4 (picking up GM and then BM)-



What about the cantor and organist at the church? They're included with our $500 church donation.

We gave the organist $20

Don't forget about alter servers. We threw them $15 each

Our priest suggested $10 per alter person. The organist and cantor was paid separatey ($150 each) so they didn't get a tip on top of that.

Our tip for the limo and shuttle was included in the price so we didn't tip extra.
