Does anyone know of a reputable limo company??? I have heard horror stories about no shows and stuff???

We booked with Serentity. They have no BBB complaints, and Eddie - the owner - is a great guy. I met with him for over an hour and we spent more time just talking about wedding plans and things I'm doing that are different than we did about limos, pricing etc. He offered suggestions etc. I'm looking forward to the day when he shows up to pick me up!

And, he gave me a phenomenal price for a 5 hour package!

we just booked royalty last night...everyone in my FH's family has used them and said they were great. We got a good price as well.

we are using Sir Oliver....we got an awesome price for the hummer and the owner is very accomodating and helpful.....def recommend seeing them.....stay away from M&V limo.....i heard horror stories about them

Do you know if serenity owns their limos or do they sub out the work?? I heard they sub out, is that true? That scares me a little, if in fact what I heard is correct. Let me know. Thanks.

From what I've seen they own their own limos. I met with them at a bridal showcase and they had their cars on display.
