We are so frustrated with what to do for limos (and haven't even priced them out yet, so any idea on budgeting for this would also be helpful)
We have 7 BMs and 7 GMs, plus 1 FG and 1 RB. Do the kids come in the limos too? they're fairly young (2.5 and almost 5)
But really, what do you do with a BIG bp? 2 limos? a party bus (FH REALLY doesn't want this.... )
We're wondering what to do with 16 adults (and what about parents....?)

We're doing a school bus....waaaay cheaper than limos and doubles as the shuttle for our OOT guests from the hotel!

we have a 32 pass party bus... not only do we have a big bp... but more than half of our GMs are over 6 ft 200lbs...
ETA: RB & FG are not coming on the party bus... they will go with their parents

we have 8 people in total including me and FH (i know we're small so my advice is useless on that end), but for the kids, our ring bearer is riding with his Nanny and Poppa. if you're drinking in the limo/bus whatever you get, I wouldn't take the kids.

We are having 2 Trucks as of right now (we were considering and stil are considering consolidating it into one huge infinity truck, i think 24 person?)..........we have 2 navigators right now.....
they can all get into both of them.....and yes, the RB and FG will be ocming in the limo too, their parents are in the bridal party as well (FSIL and her husband).
I was in a BP this weekend and she had a huge range rover for all of us. Let me tell you, getting in and out of that thing was really annoying and it was like 20 seater? there were literally 18 of us. Its annoying to get in and climb ALLLLLLLLLL the way to the front....for this reason, we may keep the 2 navigator trucks instead of one big one as it may be a pain in the azz
ETA: our BP is 14........
FH and I will not be in the truck, we will be in our own car. FH parents and his fam from italy will be in their own car as well...........

We did a partybus and it was great! We had everyone together, my immediate family, DH's immediate family, 2 FGs, and the entire BP (all 15 of them!). We had lots of room to stand up and dance and we had such a blast. Also, once we got to the hall we jumped right into pics since we didn't have to wait for other limos to show up or anything. Honestly, if you decide to do regular limos, you're probably going to end up spending twice what you would on a party bus! Just saying!

I think i'm bringing my FG's and RB with us. But my flower girls are 7, 7, and 10 and my rb is 4 but his sister is a flower girl and will be with us. Yours are a lot younger so I might have the parents bring them to the hall early to take pics.
We got an escalade limo for our BP and kids (16 total w/Jr. GM). FH and I got a rolls for just us to go to the hall.
OH... I got an additional limo for our mom's, aunts uncles and... yeah. It's going to drop them off at the hotel and from there we have a shuttle going back and forth all night.

We're doing a 22-passenger Escalade. We have room for the kids, but one of the parents already told us they'll just follow us to the picture location in their car with the FG b/c she probably won't stay in the limo with us. The other FG will probably come in the limo, but her mom will probably follow us around anyway in the car.

we got a 22 passenger stretch SUV.
as for the kids, if they can get another ride, do it. if not, bring on the child seats! (we put them in the SUV too)!!

We're doing a Party Bus for the bridal party (we're around the same size as you 7 BM's, 7 GM's, 2 FG's and 1 RB). But we're getting a Rolls Royce as well...it's for me to go with my parents from my house to the church and then will be used for FH and I to go to the RH.

We have a huge BP and we are having a limo pick up the girls and a party bus pick up the guys...after the church the whole BP including us are going into bus and the parents will be going in the limo. As for the FG's I am having the same issue I dont know what we are going to do with them!!!

we have 6 bm and 6 gm 2 jr gm 1 rb and 1 flowergirl/jr bm...so with us that is 14 adults and 3 kids. Kids are coming in the limobus.
We got a limobus for 33 people for 3 1/2 hours. It's only $750. It was the best deal and setup we found. I could care less about limos and just wanted something to fit us all comfortablely.

We have 7 BM's & 6 GM's, 1FG & 1RB. We got a party bus for them & a rolls for us. A good way to save is for all of you to just hop in a party bus unless you really want pics infront of a limo car or just want it to be you and FH after the ceremony.

you can get a limo like the hummer or escalade or some others that come in 32 or 36 passenger. i belive the explorer comes in 36...could be wrong.
we didnt have a big bp but even if we did, we had the guys picked up first and dropped off at the church and the same limo came for me and the girls...then the guys and girls went to the rh together in one navigator and another navi came for just me and dh lol
edited cuz i forgot i had a dh instead of an fh lol

we have a truck (24 person) for 8GM 8BM and a Jr. BM
the flower girls are riding with their parents, they did not want the babies to take the limo.

About the seeing beforehand... how far away are you two getting ready from each other and the church? We had the bus get there a 1/2 hour earlier and pick up DH and the GMs, drop them off at the church then come back for me and the BMs. It worked beautifully. In fact, our partybus got there so fast we got there before the coach bus with all the guests. So me, MOH, and SIL popped open the mini champagne bottles I put in the BM's survival kit and we calmed my nerves on the bus. It was fantastic, the photog hung out and took some pics in the bus with us, too!

Yeah, that does seem pretty long. So I guess that won't work!
ETA: What about a smaller party bus for the WP and just a car for you and your parents going to the church and then you and DH on the way to the reception?
