We are so frustrated with what to do for limos (and haven't even priced them out yet, so any idea on budgeting for this would also be helpful)
We have 7 BMs and 7 GMs, plus 1 FG and 1 RB. Do the kids come in the limos too? they're fairly young (2.5 and almost 5)
But really, what do you do with a BIG bp? 2 limos? a party bus (FH REALLY doesn't want this.... )
We're wondering what to do with 16 adults (and what about parents....?)

About the seeing beforehand... how far away are you two getting ready from each other and the church? We had the bus get there a 1/2 hour earlier and pick up DH and the GMs, drop them off at the church then come back for me and the BMs. !

we have a 32 pass party bus... not only do we have a big bp... but more than half of our GMs are over 6 ft 200lbs...
ETA: RB & FG are not coming on the party bus... they will go with their parents

We have a BP of 15 plus us and our parents and in-laws = 23 people. So we went with a limo bus from transtar! VERY reasonable!!!!

we're doing a party bus, FH and FMIL were sooooo against them, but after talking prices and comfort levels FH finally agreed... his only demand was that it was white. We shopped around A LOT and ended up booking with red carpet limo, and we couldn't be happier!
but if he's sooooo against party buses, have you thought of doing a trolley? they're fairly priced and really cool.

do you and fh live close to one another? like could a limo go pick up the guys bring to ceremony and come back for the girls?
for the rb and fg unless your planning on bringing their parents in the limos as well i would let thr parents drive them

FH is about 15 min or so from the hotel and about 30-40 min from the church, I am getting ready in the hotel, which is about 25 min from the c hurch. I think that might be too long of a time in between.
FG and RB's mom is my MOH (my sister). My BIL isn't in the wedding, though. I just KNOW that my nephew will want to be in the limo.... I guess we could play that part by ear.... he's teh 5yr old.... and my bro will be with the guys......

I am just about the same size for my BP and I went with a truck SUV... they don't charge any taxes on it because it is DOT (dept of trans) vehichle technically so it sorta evens out. You are in White Plains? Go to Silver Star on Ash St in Yonkers and talk to Mario. I LOVE THEM. You can get a good deal and talk to them. They will also throw things in like pick you up from RH or ride to the airport.
I am using them. Tell them that Carmela from 9-18-10 referred you.
