Limo's - Need advice / feedback / help on M&V, Sir Oliver and Legend

Hi Girls - We met with M &V Limo's today and they gave us a great price. We are looking for an antique Rolls and a 20 passenger Escalade. They had the Rolls Silver Wraith that I love and I loved the price...
So what's the problem.... Their online reviews are AWFUL. I heard from someone else in the industry that M &V has a bad reputation and I am def. not getting a good vibe.
I met with Sir Oliver and their office is a little messy and they seem very casual but they come off as responsible and attentive. Online Reviews are great. They are about $150 more than M & V and they did not have the SIlver Wraith but they did have an antique Rolls that I really like. They also had the Escalade.
I read about Legend online and looked at their prices and they have the Rolls Silver Wraith and the Escalade and their price was about the same as Sir Oliver.
Essentially, I'm looking for advice as I am willing to spend a little extra money to have the 'Right' company who will do the 'Right' thing on my wedding day.
Please let me know your feedback, reviews from friends, etc. If there is another company out there that you recommend, I'd love to hear it.

I have heard some bad reviews about M & V. A friend of mine used them last summer for their bachelor/bachelorette parties and they had a LOT of problems.
We're in the process of limo hunting. Met with All Star and really liked them. A friend of mine is using Sir Oliver for her wedding/bachelorette party, and I have an appointment with them next weekend. I will let you know how it goes. I have heard great thing tho...

An owner of another limo company told me this:
'Listen, I'm part of the Nassau/Suffolk limo board, and I can tell you... even if you don't go with us, there are a lot of great, reliable limo companies out there that would be good to work with. But PLEASE PLEASE don't choose M & V. I've heard nothing but bad things about them.'

Hahaha I know exactly who you are talking about here hahaha. They are very proud to be on the board and they use their own name a lot hahaha

I would not use them. They have awful feedback from the BBB and there was a bride here about 1 month or so ago who put up her total horror story of what they did to her. whether it was true or not, we'll never know. but i've never heard anything good about them, from friends and family who have gone to them and had the misfortune to use them.
try double diamond limos' there is an office in LI somewhere
