For those who have booked, or are planning to book, transportation for their guests, did the company provide you with insurance information?
I'm wondering if there is an accident on a bus that you arrange to transport people to/from the wedding, could you be held liable for any damages to your guests?

I work in the insurance industry - it would be the Lim/shuttle company and possibly the driver who would have any liability. Not the person that hires them. Nothing to worry about as far as that goes

what prompted my question was that every other vendor i've booked (band, videographer, photographer, etc) has all had pretty extensive contracts. the bus company just sent me over a 1 page contract - very simple. but there was no mention at all about insurance.
