mike was a little hesistant so we opted against it... the neighborhood was very forest like, plus the front yard and street was on a steep slant.... we still have time yet

I'm off of Frank ST....near Delaware ( close to wellwood)and the house over there and area is great...the closer to the train station the less the house go for, but the area does not change that much ...I like it here a lot!
