Lindenhurst - Nice Renovated Colonial

I saw this while searching foxtons. Looks like a nice house in Lindenhurst. I am not sure of the area, because I am not familiar with it. My friend is an agent for foxtons...If you are interested in the house let me know and I will give you his name.

We aren't looking any more, but that is a gorgeous house and I can't believe the price. My brother and SIL live in Lindenhurst and like it a lot.

looks like a great house but we can't buy again until i'm done with school..won't be around next year i'm sure..

Its a nice house but the price reflects that its not in the best part of lindenhurst. and the property isnt that big either!
Personally if I was buying in Lindenhurst I would want to stay south of sunrise!

Its very pretty - BUT you have no REAL driveway - you have to park on the street and theres no guarentee if its in front of your house - the blockis VERY narrow - Its small... I drove by it when I was looking.....

That house is right off my corner. It is nice but the property is small. That house used to be so, so tiny untill they put that dormer on. the house is kept so nicely. The Neighborhood is very nice and it is SOUTH of Sunrise.

Wow - great house!! Thanks for sharing Scott!
I remember looking at a few homes in Lindenhurst when we first started house hunting. One we almost bid on was a nice home with a big yard across the street from a church on a dead end street, but inside was very cramped and the owner did a lot of shoddy DIY work to the interior that we would have had to completely removed and have redone.... I think it's a nice area, but I would also want to stay south of Sunrise.

If you zoom out on the map it appears to be NORTH of sunrise, A friend of mine used to live on Heathcote right near straight path (also near this house) and her area wasnt too great at the time! Maybe it has changed though.

foxtons says its on winchester, which is north of sunrise hwy, dh and i had checked out a couple houses in that area...

Sorry girls you are right I was looking at a different house. I live in the village so i knew it couldn't be North of Sunrise and that one isn't in the best area sorry again.
