Linens and Thingies...

Not the store, lol

Is anyone planning on NOT using their halls linens and plates?

I'm using the upgraded linens the RH provides..for a fee of course lol

what they give me is what i used.

however--funny story--our hall wanted to charge us like $9 a chair for chair covers and their 'nice' linens--which would have been like $1K extra. DH and i were like NO THANKS. wellllll on the day of our wedding---when i arrived at the RH for pics--my DH said 'omg babe--THERE ARE CHAIR COVERS!!!' i was dying! i'm like 'no way!' and it turned out the wedding AFTER ours that day paid for the covers---and since the weddings were close---they wouldn't have time to set up al lthe covers for the 2nd wedding---so we got them for freee wooohoooooo!

Dont get me wrong I love what my hall provides in terms of linens and plates, but I kinda like the look of charger plates as well, i think they are pretty cheap

Chair covers are included with my RH, and I really like their plates so their was never a thought of any upgrade for us.

I am still deciding. I definitely want chair covers. Not sure about the plates yet. I want everthing to match my black and white theme.

I want to match my theme as well. My halls little plates have a small red rings around it for their colors , that is going to drive me nuts!

I'm also only using what they will provide me with..I was thinking of adding chair covers, but the chairs they have are really nice and I didn't want to cover them up so I won't add anything extra.

The chargers are really nice MPAS...I'm considering it as well but haven't made up my mind yet...not sure if it would be worth it.
