I feel a little weird about getting lingerie in front of FMIL but whatever.. I'm not against it.

Lingerie is ALWAYS a YAY in my opinion... and of course FH agrees! That's a really fun part of opening the gifts!

I thought the same thing but you should see some of the stuff my fmil gave me . I turned quite a few shades of red. As did my fg who was helping me open gifts

yeah i voted 'nay' only cause i really did NOT want to open up lingerie at my shower. i just didn't like it...and of course there was some to be opened. i just didn't like having to hold up the lingerie, cause quite frankly i'm not a small girl and i didn't like the idea of people seeing the TENT i need to look sexy!

it really depends on the bride....hard as it is to believe...it really embarassed me. when it's my sister's turn--i wouldn't buy lingerie for her, cause i KNOW she'd be mortified. but everyone is different
