LIPS NYC

Has anyone ever been here? Someone suggested going there for my bachelorette party. Is it fun and is it really vulgar. I get embaressed easily. Do they pull you up on stage and stuff. Please let me know!

I have been here a few times but its has been about 4 years since my last visit. We went for my cousins bachlorette party once. It is a lot of fun and not raunchy at all! Its a bunch of Drag Queens walking around - dont remember ifthey sing or anything. Should be a good time. You can always do dinner there then go out for dancing afterwards.

I just went in Sept for my cousins bachlorette party. It was fun they bring all those celebrating something up for a walk off. The drag queens sing and dance. It was ok but I think you probably could go to Lucky Changs for more for the money you spend at Lips.

i agree....i like lucky chengs much better. plus the food and entertainment is better at lucky chengs. lips was rude and the drag queens were ugly. whereas, lucky chengs....half the time i kept thinking if they were really women?! plus they have the karoake downstairs. more to do and more entertaining.

we went to LIPS for my sister's bachelorette party and it was REALLY fun! the food was good and it wasnt raunchy...just really funny.

i actually think lips is better than lucky chengs, but im sure you will have fun at either one!

We went to dinner at Lips for my B-Party. It was SO fun. The food there was really good and the drag queens were so funny. It was such a fun time. I highly recommend it.

But since you asked about vulgar.. I'll be honest depending on what is vulgar to you...When I went for a party they sat on the bride's lap, messed with her hair a bit, put penis shaped balloons on her head, and shook her breasts but they really went crazy with this straight guy whose friends brought him there for his birthday, made him take his shirt off and everything...

we went for my bparty in augustt...i had a blast! It's a little raunchy with the comments they make and when they know you are a bachelorette..but nothing crazy. My friends also got me a stripper through lips and that was raunchy...but you don't have to get that. The food was good and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Lips is aswome... def take some shots their shots come in these really cute pink lip shaped shot glasses i have them all over my house lol...
food is excellent and they do sing and everything but if you want more of a show you should hit up lucky chengs,,, they have a better show and pull people on stage but the food sux
