Look at Conti's on Northern Blvd in Little Neck. We had a a small wedding there in May and they did a fantastic job. max capacity is about 60-70 people and the food is wonderful. The prices are very good also. If you want to see what it looks like they have a website (contisrestaurantDOT com) with pics and their catering menu. They will customize if you need them to.:)
