LIRR massapequa park station*UPDATED with new question*** lol

Ok today after work i have to take the LIRR straight to massapequa park for a rehearsal dinner. Thing is that when i get there they might still be at the church or maybe even at the restaurant already, so i said ill just take a cab to the restaurant...Now are there cabs usually at the station bc LI isnt the easiest place to find a cab lol and i dont want to sit at the station forever, if not should i call one?

Im pretty sure there is a little cab station right in the parking lot.

sometimes there are cabs there other times there isnt. Your best bet is to call a cab when you are on the train and when you get to the station it will already be there to take.

Yes, that's a big station. There's alway cabs there.

I don't think they have one there, but the website lists a number of a cab company close to them. .

Just to be safe, if you go on the MTA website and go to LIRR, click on Stations and it gives you cab info for each station, this way you can have the local cab. co's number just in case there's not any there, but I'm sure there will be.

There are usually cabs RIGHT outside.. when you walk downstairs there is a chinese restaurant.. and like a bar kinda place.. and actually a cab place right next door.. but the cabs usually line up by the stairs so when people walk down they are right there.. Usually when I go to pick up FH there are atleast 5-6 empty cabs waiting there.

Thank you so much girls...ok seems like usually there are cabs there so thats great...i think ill go there hoping there will be one if not seems like theres a place right next door so ill just do that.

I think the # is something like 798-8888. Im not sure if thats massapequa or mass park but i remember the # b/c its easy- haha

There are a lot of stores in that area. You will be able to find one. I go in that area all the time especially to get italian cookies.

WOO HOO good to hear, you girls are such a great help...seriously i actually would've sat here worrying about getting a redbull before i got to the restaurant
