Pre-Cana if you did not include that with your Church.
Rehearsal Dinner invites if you are doing them
Make sure with your florist that they throw in pew bows if you are interested in them.

it's the little things that add up.. if you are doing church programs, menu's, stuff to toss at church, cry packs jordan almonds for favors, wrapping paper etc.

Definatly keep a misc. section.
after all the major stuff is done.. you don't relize how much the little stuff costs
