*these if you could drop them off at the Church/Ceremony location 1/2 days before - check with them first
RECEPTION Table seating chart (# of people at each table)* Cocktail napkins* Place cards/holders* Toasting glasses* Cake topper* Cake servers* Favors* Throw-away garter - already on my leg Throw-away bouquet - coming with the florist when he sets up for centerpieces Money holder A List Of Instructions for your Reception Coordinator - written out very clearly

Duplicate copies of all vendor contracts so that if anything goes wrong you have it in writing to dispute right then and there. Also your marriage license.
