I am now in the middle of trying to choose a florist for our wedding and I could use some helpful info. Can you please list the following:
1. Vendor's name; 2. If you will have high or low centerpieces and how many you need for your reception; 3. What your budget restrictions were (if any); and laslty 4. Your experience with the vendor.
This would be such a great help ladies. TIA.

1. James Cress 2. The centerpieces are trees with flowers on top and around the base. 3. Budgetwise they were about average but the service is OUTSTANDING! 4. We've been working with Gary who genuinely loves what he does. His attentiveness and enthusiasm have made our entire floral experience a pleasure!

I am using Flowers by Liz. We are not having centerpieces and she catered to our budget and even made suggestions to help us get the lowest price. She is a great lady, very sweet, and she has a cute dog.

we used Flowers by Voegler in Merrick. we didnt have floral centerpieces. i had DIY candelabras. but they did scatter lavender rose petals on the tables. we had floating rose heads for the CH. we had 5 bo-ks, 1 throw away bo-k. 8 bouts, 3 corsages. 2 larger arrangements that were by the chuppah and then were placed by our sweetheart table. we had simple pew decorations.
we wanted pretty, but simple and inexpensive flowers b/c we had a tight budget.
Ed was a pleasure to work with!!! I highly recommend him!
I'm using a woman named Debbie from Honeysuckle & Roses. She is a private florist out in westhampton... she does all her work out of her home so you save a TON of money because there is no store overhead charges figured in(she's cutting the price of my candelabra centerpieces almost in HALF). Her work is amazing - 3 of my friends have used her, all of which the flowers were stunning. FM me if you would like her information!

I am not using them due to budget, however I think Flowers by Brian has the most amazing flowers!!! I love them, and if you have the extra money to spend on flowers, I highly suggest checking them out!
We are using Burton's. They gave me everything I was looking for and more within my budget. And my brother used them, so I know their flowers are beautiful.
Good Luck!

I am using Flower Barn in Seaford. I am getting 10 high CP's (tulips), my Bo-k is calla lillies and my 5 girls are going to have tulip bo-k's. The guys will have mini calla bouts, the moms are going to carry small orchid bo-k's and the dads will have orchid bouts. The grandmothers are wearing rose coursages. I also got a throw away bo-k, decorated cake, and rose bo-k for church. I wanted $1500 and he worked with me to get it to that price.
