I don't care that you come in at 8:00, and we get here at 8:30. If we are allowed to leave early tomorrow, I am leaving first. I informed you on 11/22, when I VOLUNTEERED to close the office (at 5:30), so that you could leave early (at 2PM!), that this was my condition.
