so i sent my wedding band back to be resized and also I told them how one of the prongs is not flush with the ring. (so like when you run your finger across it it kind of scrapes you) It's not horrendous I could definitely live with it. But I am going to call tomorrow to complain...

Re: little annoyed
you already got your ring back? That seemed really quick!! They might tell you to send it back to them so they can fix it again...

Yeah I hope so, I'm thinking they just sized it maybe and forgot about the problem. I love the ring and I just want it to be perfect. Its the matching set to my e-ring. This is the only problem with dealing with an internet company...

Be careful with these companies..... Maybe you can look locally to get the problem fixed instead of sending it back again!

Re: little annoyed
after all the $ your spending, it should be perfect and just the way you want it!
are you mailing it back and forth? if they're not fixing it for free i would go to a jewelr near you

Re: little annoyed
I agree with the suggestions of getting it looked at locally...it may be better with dealing with someone face to face
So I called blue nile today and it was exactly what I thought. They just sized it. The man said the person who I spoke to last time didn't even remember or note that I requested the ring be repaired. They are paying for me to ship it back and are going to fix it and if they can't fix it they will call me and let me know and see what to do...
