Hi Chicas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How are you!!!

OMG Im so excited!!!

I stepped on the scale this morning!!!
and guess what?!!!
I lost 2.5 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two Weeks ago I was 143.5..
Today i am 141.0

It is taking SOOO Long Until I lost lil pounds but Im so excited!

ANYTHIGN IS BETTER THAN GAINING!!!!!

I decided to set SMALL goals... Instead of looking to 130 (where I want to b) My goal RIGHT now is to be 140!!!!

OMG U know HOW hard it has been for me to lost weight!!!! well JUST the #'s bc apparently ALL of my clothes are fitting Loose NOW and & the ones who didnt fit before are fitting better well!!!!!!

I am using all tips u giving me!!!

I know its not a lot but its a BIG thing for me!!!

My bathing suit is coming soon !!!

That's how you loose it pound by pound...I did that lost 1-2 pounds per week...and 20 pounds later......there ya go.

And not to be gross, but everyone is going to be looking at your fabulous umm lady parts up top in that suit and not see any imperfections anywhere else.

Good for you!!!! You are really going about it the right way too! It's about a lifestyle change not just crash dieting, so it'll be easier to keep it off
