little getaway

Anyone know of any good places to camp out for a night or two out here on the island??? Or any cute little hotels/motels

There are loads of places in the Hamptons & there are also a few B&B's, there is one in Port Jefferson, I can't think of the name-but I beautiful & affordable.

Can anyone recommend any places??? like hotels and whatnot.
My fiance is getting a pass to come home for a few days and even though we can't reschedule yet I wanna get alone for a few days

I always get away to Montauk. But this time of year everyplace is going to want a three day minimum. Hither House is a place you can rent cottages, not on the ocean though, but you can walk. I think the chamber of commerce has a website.

Also, Greenport. Place called Watson's by the bay is a nice B & B.
