I am surprised to see how many of us bump into each other...I never see anyone..Anyone i have bumped into i already knew was going to be there! Ex. I bumped into BRI BRI and Oscar at a vender!

Well, I actually saw Jen (Jen n Dale) at A showcase at Villa Lombardi's but I felt SO stupid going up to her to say hello . . .


I think it is so funny how we all talk on here all of the time, but yet we feel stupid approaching the person if we see them elsewhere . . .

Everytime I go to a bridal place I try to see if I recognize anyone from LIW- I haven't yet!

I talk about things I read on LIW all the time- people must think I'm crazy. Obsessed??Maybe. Crazy?? Sometimes.....

I've really picked up (hmm hmm stolen) some great ideas from here!

I saw someone in a restaurant once that I recognized from LIW. I didn't want to say hi for fear she would think I was psycho!

I want to see someone. Well I was visiting a vendor and when he asked me if I was on LIW I got soooooooooo excited to say yes, and then we started talking about brides that were using him, and I was like 'I know her'. Meanwhile I don't really know her!!!!!!

we went to a vendor and mentioned LIW, so he started talking about how he and his secretary read LIW all the time to see what the brides are up to.....then he starts talking about a particular couple who was cracking them up that day...and it was US!!!!!
It was so funny to be recognized as Palebride and Tommybride by a vendor!!! And he was a fan!!!!

I once met a vendor and he said the same thing about reading what all the brides say. He mentioned one bride in particular who everyone at the office though was a total psycho!!! I thought it was funny but I like that girl!

I met Oct.2004Bride and her FH at our church when her FH and I were receiving our Confirmation....
I was looking forward to seeing them there, since I already knew her and FH would be there...and when I did see them, I got all SHY and just kinda waved...and after the ceremony was over, I kinda ran in my own corner and didn't have a conversation with her at all!
I was such a chicken! WAAAAH!

And another time I saw diamondgirlie when we both booked DUET....and the same thing, just a wave, 'Hi' and then see ya ...

Why is it I have SO MUCH to say on here, but in person I get all nervous????

OK here is more of an embarrassin LIW moment:

I was meeting a bunch of girls here for a GTG at cheesecake factory..I came by myself and had only a vague knowledge of what people looked like..
Well i went up to the hostess and said i am here with a party of 8 (i think) and she pointed to where it was. I walked up to them and said..HI..everyone!
They all gave me this strange look...i said LIW? And they said 'oh no sorry sweetie'

I almost died

ME TOO! A vendor told us horror stories about some brides on here....no names though!

I saw TammyJill in court one day. I actually wound up getting the case because the judge asked me to take it right there while I was sitting in the court room, and I was walking out of the court room and I had to ask her if she was on LIW and if her name is Tammy. She looked at me like I was nuts and said yes and I explained who I was.

She was just so cute with her pregnant belly that I couldn't help but notice her! It was so weird, because then it was hard to be all professional after that.

I was at my church waiting to take that 'foccus feedback' and I had to ask the other couple if they go on LIW. She looked at me like I was crazy.

I figure I would start this thread for some fun. They can be from LIW or real life if you desire. I will start first:

I have printed up some up the recent brides photos so I can give them to my photographer to replicate on my wedding day. Please don't hate me.

hmm...let see... I would have to say that my only confession is that I talk about LIW ALL THE TIME... the other day FH asked me if I was friends with everyone on this site... I guess I talk about you all a lot... I am just so happy to have found such an awesome supportive group of girls (and some guys)...

I remember when I was spotted in the restaurant. I had no idea until the next day! I did not think you were psycho!!!!

I live in the Bronx so I never see any LIW girls.
There's a few that work near me but they don't know it as I don't think I have ever mentioned where I work other than the general area. But I'm so lame, I never go out for lunch so I have never seen anyone.
There was one girl that used to chat on here and she moved to my neighborhood and we chatted in FM's about it but never met and as far as I know I've never seen her or vice versa. The last time she was on LIW she was in contract for a house somewhere and she has probably moved by now.

I can't think of her screenname now...she had her wedding at the Riviera and her husband is a cop and she had a renaissance theme. Some of you will know who I mean.

Outside of that i don't think I have any LIW confessions! LOL The only thing I can think of is that on the Home board someone mentioned that Kathy116's house is georgeous and I assumed she had once posted pics so I spent an hour searching for them. I found them and her house is georgeous - well worth the search!

I save people's make-up trial pics!

I asked my florist for the same centerpieces as another bride. I hope she isn't irritated.
