LIW Zumba G2G-Information on mineola location

Some of you asked about prices at the mineola location.

Friday January 15th is our G2G at 7:30 pm. It is located on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola right next to Sheridan bowling. There is usually no street parking so you can park in the bank parking lot next to the dance studio. You can't miss Dance Dynamics but it has purple neon lights. I've been doing Zumba with Nikki for about 5 months and WW and lost over 40 lbs. It's def a really great work out.

Wear either a tank or tee. Don't wear long sleeves or you will die of the heat. It get's hot and you will sweat! tighter clothes are better then baggy clothes.

Prices:
First class is free.
Classes are $10 each or package is $70 for 8 classes.
Nicole has classes at Dance Dynamics Tuesday's and Fridays. If you are interested in some of her other classes on different days just let me know and I can send you the info.
