I never got a diamond card OR tickets (even though I preregistered). I have the PDF print out confirmation page, so hopefully that will be enough.

The diamond card and the air freshener are your LIW welcome package...

I got it shortly after I signed up for LIW... and since the Exteavaganza happened to be coming up back then, I got tix included as well.

If you never got a diamond card or air freshener when you signed up for LIW, I'm sure if you FM client services, they'd be happy to send to you

Just ask client services. I never got one when I signed up and it was because I never listed my address. I emailed them and received my card and air freshener within a week (and this was back in October...)
