LIWeddings HELP with username in live chat!!!

LIWeddings HELP with username in live chat!!!
My username won't fit in the login field for the live chat. It limits the name length to 12 characters but the username for the boards isn't limited to 12, it's longer. Thanks for your help!

It's not the length of the user name it's that you are a groom trying to get into the brides live chat!Only kidding
