So, in an effort to kill the next 30 min or so this is my question...
if $ weren't an issue where on Long Island, Queens, Bk, or SI, would you live and why?
I THINK i would live in rockville center. It's close to all my family, the houses are sooo nice and beautiful and big over there.

i live in old westbury too!! its AMAZING!!!! lol who knows where i will be living once i am married though..ofcourse its my parents house in Old Westbury..i grew up here all my life there is nothing like it...so now im spoiled and gonna have a reality check in a year and 2 months lol

If money were not an issue....
My first choice would definitely be Laurel Hollow, my grandparents lived there when I was a kid and I have nothing but great memories there.
Second would be Port Jefferson, on a nice big hill in an old Victorian house looking over the water. My FH and I used to live in an apartment there and it is gorgeous!

one of those gold coast homes right on the water. if not right where i am in queens- forest hills where all the million dollar houses are!
i would move to Manhasset if $ was not the issue im from whitestone loved to stay there But FH is from LI so we already agreed to buy a house there in long isalnd

i'd stay in queens- whitestone/bayside area even though I lived in the same house in uniondale long island for over 20 years i love living in queens now

well we just moved from auburndale to flushing but i love whitestone and my best friend lives on 155th st. so we do lots in the area. i even had my son baptized at st. luke's and that's where we're getting married
