Loestrin 24 Question (NWR obviously) possible tmi....

I was wondering for those girls taking Loestrin 24... when you started it or maybe even still on it. Are/Were your boobs like SUPER SORE!!

Mine are killing me CONSTANTLY. I used to get it around that time of the month. This is like every minute of everyday. If I bump them I feel like I was stabbed!

I did some reasearch and some women said it stopped around after the 3rd month of taking it. I am on my 2nd month. I would like to stay on it bc honestly I have no other complaints about this pill other than 'my girls'are killing me and kinda swollen.

experiences anyone?

i hate loestrin24. my doctor switched me from yaz to this and i loathe it. this is my fourth month and when i go back next month for my six month pap i'm making her take me off of it. it makes me a raging bitoch, i've gotten breakthrough every month, and i just all around don't feel 'great' on it. it *****.

oh and it gives me headaches. the girls seem ok today and i haven't noticed anything except for around that time when they get sore and i also get terrible cramps

i have been on this for about a year and a half. No problem with 'the ladies' that I can remember, although I do feel like they're bigger now....

BUT I get monthly migraines from Thurs to Sat (with Friday being UNBEARABLE...) ever since Loestrin 24.... Although, now that I think about it, I haven't had one of those since November... So maybe even that's died down... (Although we got engaged during the migraine in Dec, so the smiling might have had something to do with not feeling the pain)

HTH Other than the migraines, I don't have any other complaints about it.....

ughh... sorry you are having such a tough time with it. I have been that way on other pills. I have none of the symptoms you are describing except the crazy boob pain. It s u c ks... my bff is on the generic of it and has the same pain. I am just wondering if it will go away.

yes I've DEF had REALLY sore boobs (like, OMG am I preggo?), and I've been on it for YEARS!!

The more I keep responding to these posts about Loestrin, the more I want to switch now!

didn't have the soreness at first.

then it came a few months ago (after like 2-3 years on it) and I was freaking out b/c I seriously thought i was pregnant

then it's gone away

so......*** is going on????
