Long Beach Apt for rent (probably in 3-4 months)

The post about renting and buying got me started. We will rent out the Condo my FH owns once we get married, or just before.

Its a one bedroom, accross the street form the beach in Long Beach.

Hey Helen!! My roommate will actually need a place to live once we get married. We live in East Rockaway now but I know she's been talking about Long Beach. If you are near the water I think it may be too expensive for her (long beach in general) but I figured I'd give it a shot. Thanks!

Just wanted to say this post made me think of me and my hubby when we first met. I was from East Rockaway, living in Rockville Centre at the time, and he was renting in Long Beach - first down on the West End (Indiana), then near the Bay side (Fulton St.). When we started looking for places to live together, we were looking into condos in Long Beach on the Boardwalk. We loved the Ocean Club and the Breakers. We went into contract on one of the places in the Ocean Club before the seller decided he didn't want to sell. We look back at what we were going to pay for a 2 bedroom with an ocean view ($179,000) and cry because the cost of the ocean view condos now are double that!!

Good Luck. We both miss Long Beach - except the parking in the summer!!
