Im moving to Florida in 2 weeks, so I had enough time to check out all the vendors and reception areas, and I've ordered my dress and I'm ordering the girls dresses next weekend.

But I will have to rely on my mother, sister and friends to help me out while I'm down there until the wedding.

Planning from Orlando, FL. Just decided yesterday to do a destination wedding in NYC. Don't have friends or family there, so am hoping to find a good wedding coordinator. Any recommendations? We plan to keep this small because it is not a first marriage for either of us. Thx, Sara

P.S. What is 'FH'?

first of all, FH is 'future husband'

and i would suggest posting that question as a new topic in this section - that way more people will see it and i'm sure you'll get more recommendations

I'm planning from the DC Metro Area as well. I'll be cramming everything into a few trips and assigning a lot of stuff to my mom.
