Long Distance Brides Florida

One of my best friends and bridesmaids just got engaged a few weeks ago. She's living in Mississippi and plans on getting married in the Orlando area. She's totally stressing about having to do it long distance and I told her I'd ask on here if anyone knew of a web site or something, like this for that area.

Anyone?

i have a friend who is actually getting married down there this feb (it was supposed to be this past nov, but the hurricanes destoyed the place ) she's getting married at the Holiday Inn on Coco Beach (melbourne wasn't going to be ready in time). Not sure if that is too far from Orlando for your friend, but it sounds nice -- right on the beach.

also, if your friend needs help with any vendors, i can probably get them from my friend. she's planning her wedding long distance too (we're in the DC area)...and besides the hurricanes, her planning has been very normal. planning LD isn't that bad (just very consolidated trips where you get a ton done)

I live in Orlando and priced some of the places down here before deciding to have it in NY. If you have any specific questions, your friend can contact me. I also used to work at Disney, so I am familiar with the places around there.

To respond to an earlier post, Melbourne is about an hour from Orlando. :)

I live in Orlando too. If you have questions about any places, FM me. I am sorry I do not know of any chat room sites like this. I am sure if she does a google search she will find plenty of sites. She can also look on OrlandoSentinel.com, that is orlando's newspaper. They might have some wedding info.
