Fh and I are thinking about moving to a smaller apt to save for the wedding and are looking at studios or 1 bedrooms in Astoria or Long Island City for $1200 or less. We can't afford to work with a broker right now. If anyone has any ideas (besides craigslist - I look on it everyday), please send them my way. (and also some good luck vibes ). TIA!!
