I've heard of people adding Tate's cookies (those thin, crispy cookies made out in Southampton), I've seen Entenmann's candles at Martha Clara vineyard, Long Island postcards (they sell these at CVS), maybe little Long Island souvenirs (little strip mall in Port Jefferson has a store that sells LI themed souvenirs), a copy of Newsday

North Fork Chips. They are super nice there and ship the chips UPS right before you need them. I also found long island magnets in the summer in my local rite aid store.

North Fork Chips gives you a discount for a wedding if you order in bulk online...also at Tanger Outlets in the office I was able to get Long Island magazines for free.
