he is in Valley Stream
I called a few weeks ago, made an appointment and had to cancel. Now ive been trying to call to make another and the phone is disconnected.
anyone use him and know whats going on?

No, but I can give you a recommendation for one in Oceanside---he was voted #1 on Long Island

There is an amzing practice in Woodmere. Dr. Rosenberg and Dr. Natow. They are a husband and wife and BIL team. Easy to get an appt. and very good.
