I basically used the Martha Stewart instructions listed above, but they were a little confusing. I said to FI, 'I can't believe I'm college educated and can't fold the paper to match the instructions'. You will have to work at it a few times. I bought the paper a Michaels, it is ivory on the back with the design on front. I typed my words on the very bottom of the page, by the footer, using Word. I then inserted the paper backwards into the printer so the lettering printed on the back/bottom. Then when you fold it, as in the instructions ( I modified the dimensions slightly) the white strip across the front looks like a separate strip of paper, but it's the back of the sheet. I secured it with a piece of tape on the back. The first 2 or 3 of them try your patience, then it's smooth sailing. I bought the little flowers at Michaels also. Good luck..

Thank you for the instructions. Can you post a picture of the back of the cry packs? I am not sure how your secured the back.
Thank you!
